General information about the operator of hesalud.com, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSI-CE).

1. Website operator

The website hesalud.com belongs to HES — Health Evolution Hub, a non-profit association based in Madrid (Spain), currently in formal constitution with the Madrid Regional Associations Registry.

2. Purpose

The site is informational about HES activity: technology projects, clinical research, training and outreach. No products or services are commercialised through the site.

3. Intellectual property

Content (text, graphic design, source code, HES logo and original audiovisual material) is owned by HES unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is not permitted without prior written authorisation, except for personal use or fair quotation under article 32 of the Spanish IP law (TRLPI).

Third-party trademarks and logos (media, SEFH, hospitals, institutions) belong to their respective owners and are used only for informational or attribution purposes.

4. Liability for content

HES aims to keep published information accurate and current but does not guarantee its integrity at all times. Information about research projects and clinical tools does not constitute medical advice and must not be used for healthcare decisions without the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.

Kinet-IA and other ecosystem tools are under regulatory evaluation. Their use outside controlled clinical validation contexts is not authorised.

The site contains links to media, publications and external sites. HES is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

HES reserves the right to update this notice without prior warning. The version in force is the one published on this page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
